Sr. Observability Systems Engineer

Senior observability engineer responsible for setting technical direction for infrastructure monitoring across multiple data centers. Owns metrics pipeline (VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus), logging stack (OpenSearch, Logstash), distributed tracing (Jaeger, OpenTelemetry). Mentors engineers, leads design reviews, applies AI/automation to incident detection. Works with SRE, Storage, Network teams on observability at scale with exabytes of storage.

8+ years in systems engineering, SRE, DevOps, or observability. Deep hands-on with Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, log aggregation, distributed tracing, Python/Go, Kubernetes, IaC, Linux (Debian). Demonstrated mentoring and technical leadership. Excellent communication skills.
