Software Engineer, Kubernetes

As a Software Engineer on the Kubernetes team at CoreWeave, you will build, operate, and scale Kubernetes-based production infrastructure. You will develop automation and tooling in Go, implement monitoring and observability using Grafana and related tools, drive incident response and root cause analysis, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure platform reliability and performance. You will also contribute to custom Kubernetes operators for optimizing AI workload performance.

3+ years of experience in production engineering, SRE, or large-scale infrastructure roles. Knowledgeable in Kubernetes administration, container orchestration, and microservices. Proven track record managing high-uptime systems. Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc. Infrastructure programming in Go and Bash. Deep understanding of Linux. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Passionate about building robust, self-healing systems.
