Infrastructure Engineer

Galvanick is a cybersecurity startup protecting industrial OT systems. We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to build internal tooling, manage Kubernetes clusters (cloud and on-prem), maintain observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana), automate deployment pipelines, and improve developer experience. The role involves designing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring system reliability, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Strong experience with Kubernetes in production, including operators, Helm, GitOps. Expertise in Prometheus/Grafana monitoring stack, PromQL, custom exporters. Proficient in CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), scripting (Python, Go). Experience with logging/tracing (Loki, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger), IAM (Keycloak, Okta), RBAC/ABAC. Familiarity with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd), managed Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS), workflow orchestration (Airflow), and security frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, FedRAMP).
