Senior Manager, Infrastructure role at Rightway. Lead and manage a small infrastructure engineering team, own the platform built on AWS/EKS, Terraform, Helm, Argo CD. Partner with security, compliance, data, and product engineering. Write infrastructure code and run CI/CD. Requires 8+ years infra experience, management, strong AWS, K8s, Terraform. Compensation: $160k-$220k.

Requirements

8+ years in infrastructure/platform/DevOps/SRE roles. 2+ years managing engineers. Deep hands-on AWS (multi-account, networking, IAM). Strong production Kubernetes (EKS). Strong Terraform (reusable modules). CI/CD ownership across many services. Proficient in TypeScript, Python, or Go. Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC, PCI). Ability to run backlog and explain tradeoffs.
