Staff Web Engineer, Advisory Products

Robinhood is democratizing finance for all. The Advisor Products team is integrating Trade PMR into Robinhood's product suite. As a Staff Web Engineer, you'll design and build full-stack web systems, backend services, and user-facing applications. You'll set technical direction, coach engineers, and partner with stakeholders. This role is based in New York, NY with hybrid attendance expected 3 days per week.

10+ years of professional engineering experience, with several years at the staff level and prior Team Lead experience. Hands-on experience building and scaling web systems with React, TypeScript, Node, plus Go and Python. Experience designing scalable architectures at Staff Engineer (IC6) level. Instinct for users and strong communication skills. Nice to have: AI-assisted workflows and iOS or Android development.
