About the role
The App Runtime team builds a platform for Snowflake users to deploy web apps (Node.js) quickly. As a Staff/Principal Engineer, you will shape the product architecture, lead a team to scale a public-preview product, and drive cross-team programs. Requires deep hands-on expertise in scalability, performance, security, and customer obsession.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in CS or related, 10+ years experience architecting container-based platforms (e.g. Kubernetes), proficiency in Java, Python, TypeScript, or Go, exceptional communication skills. Nice to have: 0-1 product delivery, SDK/API design, multi-tenant systems, software holistic thinking.
