About the role
Snowflake is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the Anti-Abuse team within Security Foundations. The role involves designing and building security-by-default capabilities, developing AI/ML-driven security platforms, creating real-time detection and prevention systems against fraud, account takeover, data exfiltration, and AI security threats, and partnering across teams to define security strategy.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent, 5+ years of software development experience with languages like JavaScript, Java, Python, C, C++, or Go, proficiency in Python or SQL, experience designing security-focused software, and a track record of leading projects. Preferred: Master's/PhD, cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure), hands-on security primitives, SDLC practices, and strong communication skills.
