Senior Staff Security Engineer, Product Security

Ripple is seeking a Senior Staff Security Engineer to serve as the dedicated security engineering partner for Ripple Treasury. The role involves leading technical direction for product and infrastructure security, including threat modeling, secure SDLC, cloud security architecture across Azure and AWS, vulnerability management, and building a Security Champions model. This role operates at the intersection of application security, cloud infrastructure security, and secure software delivery.

10+ years of Security Engineering experience with expert-level product security skills including threat modeling, OWASP Top 10, API security. Deep cloud security expertise in Azure and AWS. Hands-on DevSecOps tooling experience. Strong software engineering in Python or Go. Background in FinTech, crypto, or high-stakes financial environments preferred.
