Senior Staff Security Engineer, Ripple Treasury

As a Senior Staff Security Engineer at Ripple, you will be one of the most senior technical security practitioners, operating at the intersection of application security, cloud infrastructure security, and secure software delivery. You will serve as the dedicated security engineering partner for Ripple Treasury, leading technical direction for product and infrastructure security, including threat modeling, vulnerability management, and cloud security architecture.

10+ years of Security Engineering experience with hands-on product and infrastructure security. Expert in threat modeling (STRIDE), security architecture, OWASP Top 10, API security, secure SDLC. Deep expertise in Azure, AWS, and/or GCP cloud security. Experience building DevSecOps tooling (SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets scanning). Strong software engineering in Python or Go. Knowledge of cryptographic principles (HSMs, MPC, PKI). Background in FinTech or crypto is a strong plus.
