AI Engineer - AI Platform

Addepar is seeking an AI Engineer to join its AI Platform team, responsible for designing, building, and productionizing core AI capabilities. The role involves working with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and building end-to-end AI-native products from prototype to scalable production services. The engineer will collaborate with product managers and other teams to translate strategic goals into technical realities. 1-3+ years of backend software engineering experience with Python, Golang, gRPC, AWS, and Kubernetes. Strong systems-level foundation in building and scaling backend services. Proven experience shipping AI-native products or significant personal projects in AI. BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent. Preferred: experience with LLMs, agentic systems, Databricks, Langchain, MLFlow, probabilistic systems, and finance domain.
