Engineering Manager - Agentic AI

Seeking an Engineering Manager to build and lead a new Agentic AI initiatives team. This is a 'player-coach' role: initially deeply hands-on as lead architect to set up the core ecosystem for autonomous intelligent agents in medical reasoning, then transitioning to full Engineering Manager scaling the team. Responsible for designing production-grade agentic systems from scratch, driving technical strategy, ensuring safety/compliance, and collaborating cross-functionally.

8+ years professional software engineering experience, 5+ years managing/leading teams, willingness to be deeply hands-on initially, deep experience with LLMs and agentic architectures, advanced proficiency in Python or Go, microservices, API design, cloud (AWS/GCP), passion for greenfield projects.
