About the role
Axon is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II to work across teams in Real Time Operations, driving simplification and streamlining of customer experiences and third-party partner onboarding. The role involves building shared frameworks, standards, and reusable components, leading cross-team integration work, and mentoring engineers. The position is onsite in Seattle, 4 days a week.
Requirements
Bachelor's in CS or related, 8+ years software dev, experience driving cross-team technical work, designing scalable cloud systems, remotely managed software, Windows services, backend (Python, Java, Go, C#), frontend (JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, CSS), SQL/NoSQL, realtime streaming (Kafka, ActiveMQ), cloud APIs, AWS, integration solutions. Preferred: external API integrations at scale.
