MongoDB Technical Services Engineers use problem-solving and customer service skills to advise customers and solve complex MongoDB problems. They specialize in the entire MongoDB ecosystem including database server, drivers, management suite, Atlas, Cloud Manager, Compass. They work with large customers to drive successful implementations of MongoDB Server, Search, and managed backups on Kubernetes. Requires patience, empathy, excellent communication, strong diagnostic/troubleshooting aptitude, full understanding of Linux and networking, 1+ years customer support, 2+ years RDBMS administration (MongoDB preferred), 3+ years in Kubernetes, DevOps, Disaster Recovery, 5+ years cloud and on-prem infrastructure. Preferred: AI/Vector Search, large-scale databases, MongoDB products, coding in Python/Java/Go/Ruby/C/C++, test labs, weekend availability.
