Software Engineer 3, Atlas Clusters Platform

MongoDB Atlas is the leading modern data platform. The Atlas Clusters Platform team builds the orchestration platform behind Atlas, enabling users to deploy fault-tolerant, secure, globally distributed clusters. This role involves building new features, leading complex projects, collaborating with teams, and mentoring. Hybrid role based in NYC.

At least 3 years of professional software development experience. Skilled in building large-scale distributed backend systems in a compiled language (Java, C#, Go). Comfortable with modern web application stack (React, TypeScript, Kubernetes). Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP). Has led launch and maintenance of a new feature. Strong communication and collaborative skills.
