About the role
MongoDB is seeking software engineering interns for a 12-week full-time hybrid program starting May or June 2027. Interns are integrated into engineering teams, pushing production-level code across MongoDB's products and services. The internship includes mentorship, career coaching, and networking opportunities. Interns are expected to work in office 3-5 days a week in Austin, New York City, or San Francisco.
Requirements
Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with a foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design. Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, Go, C++, JavaScript, or Node.js. Must have at least one quarter/semester remaining after the internship and be authorized to work in the United States.
