The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in technical support or customer-facing engineering, knowledge of distributed systems, database architecture, application architecture, data architecture, experience with mission-critical database systems, cloud/enterprise applications, strong diagnostics and troubleshooting, systems administration (Linux), coding ability in Java, Python, Ruby, C, C++, C#, Javascript, Node.js, Go, networking concepts, storage engineering, Kafka, serverless.
