Staff Full stack Engineer [CONSUMER]

Lead the design and delivery of scalable backend platforms and distributed systems, leveraging AI-assisted workflows. Drive technical discovery and solution architecture. Optimize AI-enabled development workflows. Partner with product and engineering teams. Mentor engineers and establish standards for observability and reliability. Evaluate emerging technologies.

Strong experience with microservice architectures, event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, relational and document databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). AI proficiency with LLM integrations and agentic patterns. Proficiency in Golang, Python, or Java. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
