Director of Engineering, Operations Planning

As Director of Operations Planning Engineering, you will lead engineering teams in data science, data engineering, software engineering, and analytics, owning planning architecture strategy and driving the long-term vision for scaled planning systems. You will manage a squad of 10-15 engineers across multiple offices, spearhead GenAI transformation, and ensure availability and reliability of planning infrastructure with SRE practices.

10+ years in software engineering with 4+ years managing Engineering Managers. Mastery of planning systems, data science modeling, data engineering, distributed computing, backend frameworks, and full stack development. Hands-on familiarity with AI technologies and advocating adoption. Systems thinking for scalable, resilient solutions. Strong SRE practices: SLOs/SLIs, incident management, observability tooling. Cross-functional collaboration and effective communication across disciplines.
