Staff Site Reliability Engineer

The Staff Site Reliability Engineer at Rubrik leads the Application-SRE team, ensuring reliability of enterprise infrastructure services across global SaaS and government environments. Responsibilities include infrastructure strategy, hyperscale automation, AI infrastructure for SaaS, AI for SRE, reliability governance, incident command, cost governance, and mentorship. Requires US citizenship, 8-12+ years experience, expertise in Go/Python/Java, distributed systems, Kubernetes, and AI systems.

Must be a US Citizen residing in CONUS. BS/MS/PhD in CS or related. 8-12+ years software engineering and production cloud infrastructure experience, with 5+ years in SRE/DevOps/Platform role. Expertise in Golang, Python, or Java. Deep distributed systems expertise. Unix/Linux systems internals. AI systems fluency. Leadership capability. Preferred: Kubernetes, MySQL, FedRAMP, Terraform, AI/LLM tooling.
