Staff Software Engineer, Product/AI

Staff product engineer role focused on end-to-end ownership, customer-first mindset, and AI integration. Own ambiguous problems from initial framing through launch. Partner with product, design, and data to shape priorities. Lead technical decisions across the stack, improve engineering practices, mentor peers, and participate in on-call rotation. Use AI throughout engineering work with sound judgment. Based in Americas remote.

Track record of leading complex work across teams or systems, delivering meaningful outcomes. Strong backend engineering experience, ability to work across the stack. Strong product and technical judgment, especially in ambiguity. Ability to influence peers and align teams without formal authority. Experience using metrics, experimentation, observability. Regular hands-on use of AI across software development lifecycle. Experience improving team's AI use is a strong plus.
