About the role
As a Staff Software Engineer on the AI Product team in NYC, you will build new products from the ground up, creating intuitive interfaces for GenAI agents and driving product-led growth. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions. You will also establish best practices for building valuable AI products.
Requirements
10+ years of experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and server-side technologies (Node.js, Java, Python, etc.). Demonstrated product mindset with ability to translate ambiguous problems into MVPs. High ownership in 0-to-1 environments. Strong collaboration across teams. Experience building and shipping generative AI products with significant UI/UX component.
