The engineer owns projects end-to-end from data model to UI, collaborates with engineers, instruments shipped features, and works across design, product, engineering. 4-7 years of experience building and shipping product. Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals, TypeScript highly valued. Strong React expertise in production. Full-stack fluency from data model to UI. Pragmatic approach focused on user value. Curiosity about AI and LLMs. Adept at building agentic workflows. Cross-functional 'we ship it' mentality. Pluses: Next.js, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, product analytics (Amplitude), monitoring (Grafana), CI/CD, backend languages like Go or Python.
