Senior Software Engineer, Customer Insights

Senior Software Engineer role on the Customer Insights team at Together.ai, responsible for designing and shipping core features of the customer-facing visibility platform. The role involves driving technical design, partnering with data platform teams, owning systems end-to-end, and writing backend code. The team builds systems that help customers understand their activity, trace events, and act on insights.

4+ years building production distributed systems or customer-facing backend platforms. Experience designing and scaling data pipelines for high-volume ingestion and real-time querying. Strong programming skills in Go, Python, Java, TypeScript, C++ or similar. Excellent communication and data modeling skills. Bachelor's/Master's in CS or equivalent. Interest in stream processing, data pipelines, notification systems.
