Senior Software Engineer - Backend (Data Org)

Senior Software Engineer in the Data Org owning data flows and ML infrastructure: realtime audio/video processing, LLM provider interactions, data orchestration, databases, data APIs, inferencing and transcription services. Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable backend services, take ownership of critical components, and ensure reliability.

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or 7+ years of relevant industry experience. Proven backend development experience with Python, Java, or Go. Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP). Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, data modeling, and database management. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
