Software Engineer, Enterprise Verticals

Enterprise Verticals builds role-specific ChatGPT Work experiences for high-value enterprise workflows. This role is for a full-stack product engineer to own ambiguous enterprise workflows end to end: understand customer problems, shape product, build across frontend and backend, work through platform dependencies, instrument quality, and learn quickly with design partners. The group focuses on repeatable workflows for technology companies, including data, sales, design, and shared platform.

You are a strong product engineer with excellent product judgment, comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, data, and systems integration. You communicate clearly with customers and cross-functional partners, use evidence and tests to make ambiguous work observable, and care about enterprise permissions, reliability, privacy, and rollout safety. Experience building full-stack production products with modern frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python, Go, Node.js), designing evolvable API
