Senior Support Engineer - Security Products

Fastly is seeking a Tier III Engineer to join its Security Product Support team. The role serves as the definitive escalation point for complex customer security issues, providing deep technical expertise for Fastly's security product suite including Next-Gen WAF, Bot Management, and DDoS Protection. 6-8+ years of experience in high-level IT technical support, DevOps, Systems Engineering, or Tier-3 Escalation with a focus on cybersecurity. Proven experience with web server platforms (Apache, NGINX, IIS) across Linux and Windows. Strong scripting and coding ability in Python, UNIX Shell, PowerShell, Node.js, or Rust; Go is a plus. Deep knowledge of HTTP/s, DNS, TLS, TCP/IP and debugging tools. Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for environment replication. Customer-centric leadership with
