Senior Security Technical Account Manager

Fastly is seeking a Senior Security Technical Account Manager in North America to serve as the primary security point of contact for strategic enterprise customers. The role involves building deep relationships, providing tailored security recommendations, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive resolution of complex security issues. The TAM will also design and deliver security workshops, contribute to internal initiatives, and mentor junior team members.

8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (TAM, Sales Engineering, Support, or Professional Services) supporting enterprise customers, ideally in cloud, CDN, or application security environments. Strong expertise in application and web security, including WAFs, bot mitigation, DDoS protection, OWASP Top 10, and API security. Solid understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TLS, BGP, and modern application architectures. Proven ability to move from reactive support to proactive security guidance. Trust.
