Staff Security Engineer, Vulnerability Management

We are seeking a Staff Security Engineer to lead complex technical work in CoreWeave's Vulnerability Management program. You will design and implement scalable triage, prioritization, and remediation-tracking systems across application, infrastructure, and hardware domains. You will set technical standards, drive high-impact initiatives, and mentor engineers through technical leadership.

9+ years of experience in vulnerability management, application security, or cloud security. Proven track record building security automation (SOAR, AI/ML). Strong coding in Python or Go. Experience with VM tools like Wiz, Semgrep, Rapid7. Experience with GPU/DPU firmware security. Mentoring engineers. Preferred: AI/ML security systems, Kubernetes security, FedRAMP experience.
