About the role
CoreWeave seeks a Senior Engineer to design, build, and operate Kubernetes-based infrastructure and shared services. The role involves owning Kubernetes infrastructure lifecycle, automating workflows, improving observability and reliability, troubleshooting production failures, and mentoring. The team builds foundational Kubernetes infrastructure for CoreWeave's cloud.
Requirements
5+ years experience in software/infrastructure/SRE/DevOps, production Kubernetes clusters at scale, strong Linux/systems fundamentals, production-quality software in Go/Python, infrastructure-as-code/GitOps, observability/SLOs/incident response, ability to handle ambiguous problems, and clear communication.
