5+ years backend development with production operations. Formal SRE practice (error budgets, capacity models, readiness reviews). Strong GoLang/Node.js. Experience with scalable backend systems, APIs, real-time processing, microservices. Hands-on Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation. Observability (Datadog). On-call rotation. Strong SQL, DynamoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch. Git, CI/CD, shell scripting. Fluent English. Independent work and mentoring.
