Engineering Manager, AI CICD

Chainguard is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team building developer tools and AI-powered products for software supply chain security. The role involves owning products like the Guardener, hardened GitHub Actions, and Chainguard Agent Skills, hiring and growing a team, staying hands-on with code, and partnering with Product on roadmap. The ideal candidate has experience managing engineers, shipping products, and familiarity with CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and AI tooling.

2+ years managing engineers, track record of shipping products, strong technical background with Go or ability to ramp quickly, experience with CI/CD, developer tooling, containers, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, AI tooling, comfort with autonomy and ambiguity, strong communication skills.
