Director, Engineering — Engineering Acceleration

Lead the Engineering Acceleration org at Roblox, rethinking the entire engineering toolchain to be agentic-native. Set technical direction for AI-driven quality, automate operational toil, and own roadmap for safe rollouts. Manage teams and drive cross-pod execution.

Experience leading engineering teams, managing managers, and strong people-development. Deep backend/distributed systems and cloud infrastructure knowledge. Track record delivering internal developer platforms, CI/CD at scale. Strong viewpoint on AI/agentic tooling with hands-on familiarity. Excellent cross-org collaboration. Preferred: C#/Go, Kubernetes, Temporal, AWS, AI/agents experience.
