Senior Staff AI-Native DevOps Engineer

The Conversational AI team at ServiceNow builds the core platform behind ServiceNow Otto. We are seeking a Staff AI-Native DevOps Engineer to lead a new DevOps practice within the team. You will own build, deployment, and reliability of systems behind Otto, spanning CI/CD, Kubernetes, observability, and operational tooling. Partner with applied scientists and software engineers to make AI-native delivery repeatable, measurable, and secure.

8+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience; 6+ years deploying containerized apps; 4+ years with Kubernetes; proficiency in Go, Python, or Bash; experience with AI-assisted development tools; working knowledge of LLMs and generative AI. Preferred: 12+ years experience; extensive Kubernetes SaaS platform experience; experience with Kubernetes Operators; technical leadership; hands-on LLM/agentic systems.
