About the role
Docker seeks a Principal Software Engineer to define technical vision and architecture for internal Developer Tools team. You will own strategy across platform engineering, CI/CD, and AI-powered tools, building internal developer platform and establishing SDLC tenets. This role involves technical leadership, systems design, and mentorship.
Requirements
10+ years software engineering, 3+ in Staff/Principal roles, deep expertise in CI/CD, Kubernetes, observability, self-service platforms, Go preferred, strong communication, mentorship, and autonomous work in remote-first environment.
