About the role

The Reltio TechOps team is committed to delivering best-in-class DevSecOps capabilities and developer experience. The role focuses on scaling cloud-based services through refining the internal platform with heavy automation and continuous delivery, using IaC tools like Terraform and Crossplane. The engineer collaborates with product managers and developers, mentors junior engineers, and drives maturity in DevSecOps practices while ensuring reliability, availability, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role with strong software development and infrastructure operations. Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Crossplane, AWS, Azure, GCP, scripting languages (Go, Python, Bash), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD), monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry). Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and mentorship skills.
