Principal Software Engineer

We are seeking an exceptional Principal Software Engineer to provide technical leadership, architectural vision, and team mentorship for our core engineering group. You will be the primary architect of a cloud-agnostic platform that helps enterprise customers provision, scale, and orchestrate Apache Airflow instances completely on-premises. This role involves defining core architecture, designing extensible APIs, architecting observability, and leading the team.

10+ years of software engineering experience at Staff/Principal level in enterprise infrastructure. Proven success building production-grade infrastructure control planes. Expertise in cloud-native observability (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana). Strong Kubernetes foundation with custom operators and Helm. Hybrid cloud architecture across AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenShift, bare-metal. Expert-level coding in Go, Python, TypeScript. Exceptional technical communication skills.
