The role involves designing cloud infrastructure, building Go services, leading technical vision, and mentoring engineers. Responsibilities include platform architecture, systems engineering, networking, collaboration, technical leadership, access security, GitOps, VDI integration. Requires 10+ years experience, Go, Kubernetes internals, Crossplane, AWS, GitOps, Puppe

10+ years experience in production infrastructure and cloud-native platforms. Strong Go programming and Kubernetes controller development. Expert-level Kubernetes internals, Crossplane production experience, AWS multi-account networking, GitOps with Flux/ArgoCD, Puppet configuration management, REST APIs, observability with Grafana/Prometheus, relational databases. Preferred: broadcast/media production workflows, Crossplane function SDK, VDI solutions, hybrid DNS, open-source contributions.
