Staff / Principal Software Engineer – Cloud Platform & SaaS

We are seeking a Staff or Principal Software Engineer to lead the architecture, reliability, and scaling of SingleStore Helios, a multi-cloud SaaS platform. Responsibilities include architecting distributed infrastructure, writing resilient systems code in Go and Python, leading cloud networking design, supporting AI platform capabilities, handling Tier-3 escalations, and ensuring security/compliance. Requires 8-12+ years experience, deep Kubernetes expertise, strong Go/Python, cloud networking,

8-12+ years of professional software engineering experience designing, deploying, and operating distributed enterprise SaaS platforms at scale. Deep Kubernetes expertise including CRDs, custom controllers, and container networking. Expert proficiency in Go and Python. Cloud provider networking knowledge. AI platform awareness. Proven diagnostic acumen. Outstanding communication. Preferred: DBaaS experience, open-source contributions, IaC tooling.
