5+ years professional software engineering experience, 3+ years building developer tooling or CI/CD systems. Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, developer portals (Backstage preferred), Kubernetes, and at least two programming languages. Strong systems thinking and excellent written communication. Preferred: Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), feature management systems, workflow engines, developer productivity metrics, and AI coding assistants.
