Senior Software Engineer, Product Foundations

The Product Foundations team owns core platform capabilities including reporting, analytics, document management, training, calendars, communications, and organizational data access. The role involves independently owning large-scoped projects, collaborating cross-functionally, improving system performance, promoting engineering excellence, and building scalable infrastructure. The team focuses on intuitive, reliable experiences and has led AI-powered product development.

Minimum 5 years professional experience, mastery of modern server-side languages (Golang a plus), proficiency with SQL and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), experience mentoring engineers, and working with designers and product managers.
