Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Senior DevSecOps Engineer role at Justworks, responsible for security automation across CI/CD pipelines, building security into golden path templates, hardening software supply chain, implementing IaC scanning, coordinating vulnerability remediation, and driving adoption of secure practices. Reports to Platform Engineering with dotted line to Digital Security.

5+ years in software/infrastructure/security engineering, 3+ years in application security or DevSecOps. Hands-on with CI/CD security tooling (GitHub Actions), AWS security services, Kubernetes, Terraform. Proficient in Go, Python, or Ruby. Strong communication and ability to reduce security friction.
