Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience

The Developer Experience (DevEx) team owns the platform, services, and systems that enable every engineer at CoreWeave to build and ship software faster, more safely, and with greater confidence. This is a high-leverage technical leadership role. You will set technical direction, design core services, architect agentic developer platform, build for scale, mentor engineers, partner with teams, lead post-mortems, set documentation standards.

6+ years of software engineering experience with building production platforms, developer tooling, delivery infrastructure, or distributed storage systems. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong systems design skills. Proficiency in Go, Python. Deep experience with Kubernetes. Experience with LLM-integrated developer tooling. Proven track record of setting technical direction. Effective cross-functional collaborator. Experience mentoring engineers.
