5+ years building software in production, strong software engineering fundamentals, proficiency in Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, deep experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, GitOps), containerized development workflows, starter templates, AI coding tools, builder's mindset, rigor in diagnosing systemic issues. Nice to have: Kubernetes, IaC, front-end tooling, monitoring.
