Software Engineer, Builder Tools

Hadrian is building autonomous factories. The Software Engineer on the Builder Tools team will build and maintain CI/CD infrastructure, internal tooling, and AI-assisted development workflows. This role involves designing pipeline libraries, internal APIs, CLI utilities, and making systems accessible to AI coding agents. The engineer will also monitor developer productivity, partner with teams, and participate in on-call rotation. Required experience: 5-8 years software engineering with 2-3 in C

5-8 years of software engineering experience with at least 2-3 years in CI/CD, developer tooling, or build infrastructure. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, pipeline-as-code, artifact management, multi-environment deployments. Strong programming in Go, Python, TypeScript. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Solid Git skills. Troubleshooting ability. Developer empathy. Bachelor's in CS or equivalent.
