About the role

The Senior II/Staff Software Engineer, Platform Operations will design, build, and operate software applications, services, and systems supporting Lila's product and delivery platforms. This role involves building production software across application services, internal tools, automation systems, deployment workflows, and reliability platforms, working closely with software engineers, ML engineers, and scientific teams.

Requirements

5+ years software engineering experience, strong backend skills in Python/TypeScript/Go, experience designing APIs, services, automation workflows, practical experience with agentic coding tools, working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, Kubernetes, strong debugging skills, ability to design maintainable systems, strong communication skills.
