About the role

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to team with Machine Learning Engineers and Researchers to build software that powers Lila's ML workflows and research tooling. The role involves designing high-performance ML libraries, CI/CD pipelines, repository architectures, debugging Ray-based environments, and data ingestion pipelines linking lab data to ML teams.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of commercial software experience in Go or Python, scalable software solutions, MLOps systems, GitOps (ArgoCD, Github Actions), orchestration frameworks (Ray, Argo, Airflow), containerization, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, acute listening skills, problem-solving, team-first mentality, self-starter, attention to detail, eager to work in fast-paced technical setting.
