About the role

We are hiring a Software Engineer to team with ML Engineers and Researchers to build software that powers Lila's ML workflows and research tooling. You will design high-performance ML libraries, CI/CD pipelines, and data ingestion pipelines. Support Ray-based compute environments and architect repository designs.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years commercial software experience in Go or Python. Experience with scalable software, MLOps, GitOps (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions), orchestration frameworks (Ray, Argo, Airflow), containerization, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code. Strong problem-solving and team-first mentality. Bonus: monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and research engineering experience.
