Picogrid is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Legion Platform team. You will design, build, and deploy high-performance, scalable backend systems and integration tools that connect hardware and software systems across all environments and command layers. 5+ years backend engineering with Go, Python, Rust, C/C++, TypeScript; strong APIs, distributed systems, data pipelines, real-time processing; deep PostgreSQL, S3, MinIO, geospatial tools; HTTP APIs (REST, gRPC, GraphQL), auth; customer collaboration; urgency and high standards. Preferred: experience with Ukrainian Ministry of Defence, NATO, Ukrainian C2 platforms (Delta, Kretchet, Oreanda), Golang production, and military C2 plugins (TAK, Maven, Lattice).
