Senior Software Engineer - Architecture

Rho is a modern banking platform for startups and growth-stage companies. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Python) to join our Architecture team remotely in Poland to help build and scale our all-in-one finance platform. The role involves working with Python, Go, GraphQL, gRPC, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP.

Deep expertise in Python, async programming, and performance optimization; experience building web apps and services; knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures; experience in CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code; experience in regulated environments; startup or enterprise experience in technical markets like AI, security, finance, or blockchain.
