Staff Software Engineer

Join the team behind the platform's User Domain and HRIS integrations, connecting and synchronizing employee data from enterprise systems. You'll work with modern cloud technologies, distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven architectures while tackling complex scalability and reliability challenges. Lead high-impact initiatives, shape product features, mentor team members, and contribute to a high-growth environment.

Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field, 9+ years of development experience, proven ability to own complex systems and drive technical direction. Top-notch programming in Python or Go, expert with Docker and Kubernetes, deep understanding of microservice architecture and distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (GCP strongly preferred), performance profiling, and creating technical design documents. Strong strategic vision and excellent communication skills.
