Requirements
5+ years of work experience programming in Rust, Go, C++, or comparable language. Genuine curiosity about distributed systems, creativity, persistence, and comfort with seeking feedback. Bonus: experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), async/multi-threaded environments, and performance optimization.
