Global Capacity Manager

Baseten is seeking a Global Capacity Manager to lead the global GPU fleet that powers AI workloads. The role involves securing multi-million dollar GPU clusters, building automation for 99.9% uptime, orchestrating workload migrations, and managing the lifecycle of GPU pods like H100 and B200. The manager will work with Kubernetes, Go, and Python, and partner with SRE, Infra, and FDE teams. This is a high-stakes engineering role at a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years experience in high-growth environment (hyperscaler or GPU provider); deep Kubernetes expertise (taints, cordons, node draining, custom operators); production-level Go or Python; strong financial literacy; high tenacity and collaborative mindset.
